OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Our Board of Directors consists of parents and caregivers of students attending LWTG who have volunteered their time and efforts. They work directly with our teachers to make our non-profit program successful for our families.
The Board of Directors is responsible for managing our daily operations, as well as establishing policies and procedures. The Board of Directors determines tuition and other program fees. It also makes decisions on what equipment and supplies will be purchased with the class tuition and fundraising proceeds, topics for the evening Parenting Education sessions, speakers, and organizing fundraisers. Board members may also represent the group at community functions.
There are still a few open positions on the LWTG Board of Directors for the upcoming year and we need YOUR help filling them! Don’t miss this opportunity to be directly involved in the goings-on at the school, work with other engaged members and, most importantly, give back to an organization that has done so much for our community. Email Publicity@lwtg.net with interest in the following positions: Vice President, Purchaser, & Fundraiser. Role descriptions are located here.
