REGISTRATION

Registration for the fall takes place in March (please see below for the specific date. There are different dates, one for current students, alumni and another for new students). You can register for the entire school year at this time. At registration, you may register ONE FAMILY only.

Registration Dates and Times:

Current Students: Register in class by March 5 (ask your teacher for details)

Alumni: Please mail or drop off your forms and check between March 18- March 26 (if mailing make sure it will show up by this date)

New Students: Saturday, March 27th - 10am to 12pm LWTG Site

Registration is open from that point forward so long as classes have openings.

1. Please print out two copies of the registration form. Please complete the form in your name, not your child’s and don’t forget signatures. You will not need a student number or course number.

2. Please make your $85 registration/insurance check to LWTG or Lake Washington Toddler Group. This registration/insurance fee is non-refundable. This fee is $120 for twins.

3. Download and print the Parent Information Form.

4. Bring your forms and registration fee to the LWTG site during registration night, or if registering after those dates, return forms to:

You will receive a conformation card in the mail when we have received your enrollment information, and then you will receive orientation information in August.
